In 2020, Sienna co-founded Lady Askari. Sienna’s focus within the organization is transforming security from an operational function to a customer centric experience. Additionally, Sienna leads in organizational compliance and professional development. She uses her passion for community development to help elevate women within the security industry and uses Lady Askari to do good within the communities in which the organization operates.
Sienna is the Board Chair for NECF, board member of the Global Cybersecurity Advisory Group, a member of the ASIS International Women In Security Steering Committee and ASIS Kenya Membership Chair and Women in Security Liaison.
Catherine Karuga

Her experience includes 10 years in public service as an investigator in Kenya police service, Directorate of Criminal investigations and Criminal Intelligence Bureau and over 6 years in private Security Sector.
Ms. Karuga is the Founder Director Recruitment and membership for Women in Safety Excellence (WISE) and the current Deputy Secretary General (Director Training) in the same association.
Throughout her career, Ms. Karuga has participated in security and safety awareness promotion and believes that diversity and inclusion in Security sector plays a great role in achieving secure working environment and a safe society for all.
Elvis Okal

With a strong background in administrative and security law, Elvis is dedicated to upholding industry standards, protecting public safety, and fostering a fair regulatory environment. He brings extensive experience in litigation, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with security firms, government agencies, and industry leaders to promote compliance and professionalism.
Elvis has worked closely with government agencies and private security firms, offering expertise in threat assessment, security audits, and crisis management. His in-depth understanding of security regulations and industry best practices has made him a trusted advisor in developing and implementing strategies that align with enhanced standards of security service delivery.
He has also been instrumental in advising on security licensing frameworks, workforce remuneration, and compliance enforcement, ensuring security firms operate within legal and ethical parameters.
Simon Karuki MSc, CPP, PSP, PCI, CFE
ASIS Kenya
Simon Karuki is a Board-Certified Security Professional with over 15 years of experience in the management of Enterprise Security Risks, Fraud Risks, and Forensic Investigations.
Simon is the Head of Security and Investigations at I&M Bank. In addition, he has previously served as the Head of Corporate Security and Investigation Services for Ecobank Kenya and East Africa, Head of Security at ABC Bank and Security officer at Equity Bank.
Simon holds a Master of Science Degree in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester and is certified in Physical Security, Cybersecurity, Fraud Risk Management and Forensic Investigations.
Simon has received recognition at the Global level from ASIS International for his contribution to the advancement of the Security Profession through coaching and mentoring upcoming Security Professionals.
He is also a consummate facilitator of CISSP, CPP, PSP, and PCI certification review classes. Additionally, Simon is a talented writer and speaker on Corporate Security and Investigations; he has spoken in major conferences and seminars within and without Kenya.
Monicah Kimeu
Women In Safety Excellence (WISE)
Monicah Kimeu, a Security Training and Communications Consultant, holds a Master of ArtsDegree in Security Management and is deeply committed to empowering women in safety and security spaces. She is a Founder Member and Secretary General of the Association of Women In Safety Excellence (WISE), and ardently advocates for diversity and inclusion, women’s career advancement, secure working environments, and encourages active female participation in leadership roles. Ms. Kimeu is also a Founder Member and Vice Chair of the Protective and Safety Association of Kenya (PROSAK).
Her professional journey has seen her serve as a Liaison Officer between the Kenya Institute of Professional Counselling (KIPC) and Egerton University, overseeing the inception of the first Bachelor of Arts program in Criminology and Security Studies in Kenya. Subsequently, she served as the Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations for the Kenya Institute of Security and Criminal Justice (KICJ).
Monicah is the driving force behind Mo n’ More Concepts Ltd, a training and development company committed to enhancing organizational performance through tailored training programs with a security lens. She is recognized as a superior facilitator for cross-functional organizational structures and management deliverables. She plays a pivotal role in the Kenya Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA’s) as one of the inaugural judges in 2020 and 2022 respectively. She is also a Judge with the Gender Mainstreaming Awards an initiative of Business Engage in 2023 and 2024 respectively.

Cosmas Mutava is the managing director of Marco security limited with over 20 years’ experience in security management, risk management and various roles in leadership.
Cosmas is the chairman of Protective Security Industry Association (PSIA), a board member of Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) in the Security sector board,a board member of Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE).He is also the chairman Makueni county Professionals Forum (MCPF)
He is a graduate of Management University of Africa (MUA) and attained an Executive Master of Business Administration and he holds various Certificate courses in: courter Terrorism, Fire prevention Safety Awareness, formalizing the informal sector in Kenya certificate from International Labour Organization (ILO) and school board leadership in the country among other leadership credentials.

Kenwilliams Nyakomitah is an accomplished security expert with 15 years of extensive managerial experience in security, human capital, investigation, and coaching. He is currently serving as the Group Security Manager at a leading diversified financial services group, overseeing operations across seven countries with over 2000 staff. Additionally, he is the Director of Security for the Professional Criminologists Association of Kenya (PCAK).
Kenwilliams is pursuing a PhD in Development Studies (Disaster Management & Sustainable Development) and holds a master’s degree in security management, a bachelor’s degree in criminology and security studies, and a Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) certificate, alongside several postgraduate diplomas and certifications. He is also an ISO Quality Management (QMS) & Information Security Management System (ISMS) auditor.
His distinguished career includes service in the Kenya Defense Forces, the United Nations, and various state corporations. Kenwilliams has a strong track record in strategic planning, risk management, and policy development. He has worked with international organizations and private agencies, fostering robust security frameworks, and enhancing safety and communication standards across diverse regions, including Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Zambia, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, Tanzania, and South Sudan.
Kenwilliams is also a prolific author, having published several journals in the fields of security, political science, terrorism, diplomacy and international relations, criminology, and peace and conflict.
Renowned for his leadership, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to build effective teams, Kenwilliams is well-versed in operational management, budgeting, security operations, and intelligence management. His expertise and global experience make him an asset in the security sector, dedicated to driving excellence and innovation in organizational security.
Tobias See MBA, CPP, PCI, PSP

TOBIAS SEE MBA,CPP,PCI, PSP has been in the security industry in the region for the last 27 years. He is an holder of Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Management and Bachelor of Arts. He is triple certified, holder of CPP, PCI and PSP.
Besides being a director of Riley courier and First land development, he is also currently the Managing Director of Riley Falcon Security Services Ltd, one of the largest and well established Security companies in the Region.
Tobias has undertaken training in various aspects of security in Kenya, Europe Asia and America. He is also trained in corporate governance and is currently the serving chairman of ASIS – Kenya chapter.
